Casio’s Exilim EX-ZR1000 is modeled around a 1/2.3″ 16.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor, and integrates a 12.5x optical zoom lens with an equivalent 24 – 300 mm focal length, and an articulated 3-inch Super Clear TFT color LCD display with 460,800-dot resolution. The EX-ZR1000 is capable of 1920 x 1080 pixel Full HD video capture at 30 frames per second, with several other lower resolution options made available. This device includes 52.2 MB of internal flash memory. A microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot is proffered for memory storage and expansion. Additional features include USB 2.0 and HDMI (mini) connectivity options, an integrated orientation sensor, 5 preset autofocus modes, as well as a rechargeable NP-130 lithium-ion battery power supply, rated at approximately 470 shots per charge.
