The Leica X2 compact digital camera offers users a 16.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS image sensor, a fixed 36 mm equivalent F2.8 lens, and a fixed 2.7-inch LCD screen with 230k-dot resolution. An accessory socket comes built into this device for the addition of an optional 1,440,000 dot ‘Viso-Flex’ electronic viewfinder. For storage, the X2 integrates 110 MB of internal flash memory, with a microSD/SDHC media card slot provided for expansion. Additional features include 4 preset autofocus modes, USB 2.0 connectivity, HDMI output, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery power supply rated at approximately 450 shots per charge.
