The Panasonic Lumix model DMC-LS5 point and shoot employs a 14.1-megapixel, 1/2.33″ CCD image sensor, a 5x optical zoom lens with an equivalent 26 – 130 mm focal length, and a fixed 2.7-inch TFT Color LCD screen with 230k-dot resolution. 10 MB of internal flash storage is incorporated into the DMC-LS5, also included is a microSD/SDHC/SDXC for memory expansion. This device is capable of video capture with 720p HD resolution at 30 frames per second, enabled via motion JPEG compression format. Additional features include 5 preset autofocus modes, USB 2.0 connectivity, and an integrated orientation sensor.
