The SLR-esque Pentax X-5 bridge camera is modeled around a 1/2.33″, 16-megapixel BSI-CMOS image sensor, and integrates a 26x optical (super)zoom lens with an equivalent 22 – 580 mm focal length, and an articulating 3-inch LCD display with 460k-dot resolution. The X-5 is capable of 1080p Full HD video capture at 30 frames per second, with a few other recording options made available. This device includes 75.3 MB of internal flash memory. A microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot is proffered for memory storage and expansion. Additional features include a USB 2.0 connectivity option, HDMI (type D) support, EyeFi wireless, and 6 preset autofocus modes.
