The mid-size Sigma SD1 SLR offers consumers a APS-C (24 x 16 mm), 15.4-megapixel CMOS image sensor, and features a fixed 3-inch LCD display with 460k-dot resolution. The SD1 has an outer architecture composed of magnesium alloy. A compact flash media slot (type I, UDMA) is provided for memory storage and expansion. Additional features include a USB 2.0 connectivity option, 4 preset autofocus modes, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
