E3 2012: Gameglobe trailer

Square Enix and Bigpoint are teaming up to create the online browser-based Gameglobe. The MMO is interesting because it allows players the freedom to create, share and play their own games and game worlds, or pick from a multitude of levels from other users.

It might remind you of what Sony has been doing with its Play, Create, Share campaign through games like LittleBigPlanet and ModNation Racers. It’s an interesting concept, but we’ll have to wait to see how it works as Gameglobe is currently in a closed beta.

You can find more information about the game here.
