Bill Clinton to cameo in The Hangover 2

bill-clinton-photographWe already know Bill Clinton can act, but we’ll soon find out if he’s a comedian. People reports that the former president will make a cameo appearance in The Hangover 2. Clinton, who plays himself, shot his appearance while in Bangkok, Thailand Saturday. Always the multitasker, the President was already in the country to make a speech about clean energy. TMZ shot picture ‘proof’ of his appearance on the film’s set.

The Hangover 2 looks to continue a popular trend from its predecessor. In The Hangover, Mike Tyson made a cameo appearance when the gang–Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Ed Helms–got black out drunk and stole a tiger from his mansion. Tyson put on a terrible performance, but people loved it. Since The Hangover grossed $277.3 million dollars, and is the third most successful R-rated movie of all time, Hollywood executives want to keep a good thing going. Liam Neeson will also make a cameo as a tattoo artist, taking the place of Mel Gibson, who was dropped after cast members objected to working with him.

We know a few details about the sequel so far. It takes place in Thailand (obviously), Zach Galifianakis becomes a monk and shaves his head, and Ed Helms gets a Tyson-like tribal tattoo on his face. Sounds strange enough. The Hangover 2 hits theaters May 26, 2011.
