Here are our picks for the best technologies, services and gadgets of the decade.

After living through this decade, we don’t know why anybody would still want to party like it was 1999. Ten years is a long time. Most of these products, services and technologies we mention you may not even remember what it was life was like before their existence. Before this decade a cell phone was just a cell phone—all you could do was call and it most definitely flipped-up or had a mini antenna. This decade was filled with innovations, creations and revelations beyond many people’s wildest dreams. The technology from the decade you just survived would have made Newton applaud, Tesla smile and Da Vinci giggle with glee. Kuroi at 8:45am 28th October 2010 The Wii? Really? If that's not the biggest phail I've ever seen, I don't know what is. There are lots of things better than the Wii. Example: ball-in-a-cup, the end of the Harry Potter series, the Shake Weight (no, seriously. it's fun to watch people us it)

Sam at 8:15pm 21st January 2010 Hands down it's the TiVo. I can't think of any device that people use any more in the last 10 years than a DVR. Well, maybe a cell phone, but TiVo is pretty amazing.

I am also blown away at how fast the iPhone has grown in popularity.
