Apex Digital To Offer Portable Media Player
Apex Digital, known for their low-cost DVD players, has announced that they will soon be offering a portable media player.
TWICE is reporting that Apex Digital, a company known for their low-cost DVD players, will enter the portable media player arena with a product ready for consumers as soon as next month.
Apex plans to introduce the battery-powered MP-2000 sometime during July at a price of $399. According to TWICE, the device can be used to play music or video transferred from a PC or imported directly from a TV, DVR, VCR, DVD player or stereo system. The MP-2000 will be based on a 1.8-inch 20GB hard drive and feature a 320×260 color LCD screen.
Apex also announced new additions to their digital camera lineup with five new cameras that will be the price leader in their category. Four models have resolutions from 1 to 4 Megapixels and the other is a binocular/camera combo with a 2.1 megapixel resolution.
