The iPod is manufactured in Taiwan so you know it still would've been sold in other markets, making it easy enough to get here in the USA. Bad news day for Apple, they also announced a recall of 1.8M laptop batteries. Now that all this legal garbage is over, maybe Apple and Creative can develop bluetooth in the mp3 players so that wireless headphones won't require an adapter.
