D-Link Media Player Now Supports WM DRM10

D-Link's DSM-320 MediaLounge Wireless Media Player now supports Windows Media Digital Rights Management 10 enabling networked devices to to access online content.

The D-Link MediaLounge Wireless Media Player distributes video/audio content to television sets throughout the home using wired or wireless connectivity. Consumers have more flexibility in storing and collecting a myriad of content with the release of Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2005 and as a result, digital media adapters such as the D-Link MediaLounge DSM-320 allow consumers to remotely access all the digital music, photos and video stored on their PCs through any TV in the home.

D-Link MediaLounge Wireless Media Player (DSM-320) plugs directly into a television and stereo via standard A/V or S-video cables and plays and displays digital music, video and photos as well as high quality Internet radio, which is streamed from PCs on a home network via 802.11g or b wireless technology or standard Ethernet. Video compatibility is limited to MPEG1/2/4, AVI, or Xvid formats however with no support for DivX encoded videos.

D-Links Media Player sells for $199 and comes with 1-year of free tech support.
