Digital Deck, a entertainment technology content management company, earlier this week announced the availability of a set top box and associated software which a wide array of connected home features such as network DVR capabilities. The new Digital Deck Media Connector and Software is priced at $499 and includes a remote control.

The Digital Deck Media Connector and Software, the company said, attempts to bring together divergent elements of home entertainment which can be shared over a network. The software runs on Windows XP PCs and delivers a
