iSkin Duos Offer Colorful nano Protection

iSkin has shipped four vibrant new protectors for Apple's iPod nano: Purple Haze, Acid Groove, Phantom Rave, and Polar Blast.

iPod accessory maker iSkin has announced the immediate availability of four new color combinations of new iSkin duo protector for Apple’s popular iPod nano music player.

The $29.99 iSkin duo protectors feature a form-fitting, dual layer shock-resistant silicon skin with a clear screen protector (to fend off those nasty scratches!), a transparent wheel protector, a removable rotary belt clip, a no-slip surface with “goose bumps” on the side for better grip, and an eight-point inner layer shock absorber system for protection against drops and bumps.

The new two tone color combinations are available today via the iSkin Web site and soon from retailers:

• Purple Haze (clear on purple)
• Acid Groove (green on green)
• Phantom Rave (black on red)
• Polar Blast (white on blue)

These colors join the color combinations Sonic Boom, Blush Rush, Arctic Frost, and Carbon Blast, for a total of eight iSkin duo color combinations.

Of course, once you look at the pictures, you might think some of them make an iPod nano look a bit like a gummi bear.
