I thought the first generation iPod nano only came in black and white, yet the picture shows the second generation iPod nanos. Moreover, aren't the current video-capable iPod nanos in fact the third generation iPod nanos instead of the second generation as is claimed in this article?

I thought the video-capable iPod nanos were the third generation, not the second generation as this article claims. So which iPod nanos are the ones at risk? The first generation which only came in black and white or the second generation which introduced the different colors and scratch resistant casing?
