Laserline Intros Silicone Skin for nano

Company's latest protective silicone skin for members of the iPod family comes in multiple colors and is designed to protect the nano from a variety of problems.

Laserline, a maker of media storage and accessories, earlier this week announced a new protective case for the iPod nano designed to combat reported instances of the player’s screen easily scratching. The Laserline Silicone Skin for iPod nano is available now for $14.99.

The Laserline Silicone Skin for iPod nano, the company said, is made of a light weight, waterproof silicone elastomer that reportedly won’t break, snap, tear or pull. The shocking absorbing material of the skin is transparent and completely encloses the player. It comes in multiple colors and has an anti-static feature designed to repel dust.

“This is a stylish and affordable way to protect your investment,” said Jack Graham, vice president of sales for Laserline. “And we have Silicone Skins to fit all iPod models not just the nano.”
