Can I be any more confused? No matter how hard I tried, I could not get my XM + Napster screen to recognize my Inno device. It wasn't even on their (XM +Napster) list of acceptable devices. I made sure that I was on the correct release of both the firmware and Napster software. When I talked to Pioneer's tech support about it they said it was a software issue and really didn't seem to care. I'm familiar with that type of attitude having been an IT type for more than 20 years. They give us a bad name. Unfortunately, I believe Pioneer puts the marketing stuff in the box and on the box to paint a picture just a little off center. Some of the blogs say liar but I'm not going there. I'll just move from being confused to disappointed.
