where do i go to have my unit repaired i paid alot of money and it does not work.makes me wonder should i buy other samsung products if i cannot get repairs

i have tried loading the yepp studio but cant find it on the disk can you help please

I bought a Samsung YH920GH MP3 Player a few months ago but now it has a problem so my question is where can I repair it because I have it's warrenty card with me but I don't know where to go and fix it.
