Insteon does not work in an enviroment in which there is power glitches or short outages. I know, I have spent thousands of dollars in the past year on Insteon, and I can attest that the PLC fails and has to be reset and redownloaded after a power glitch. The company recommends products to offset this problem to no avail. They will not under any circumstances take back the items, ebven at a reduced credit.
