Toyota Scion iPod Upgrade
Toyota Motor Sales announces iPod compatible stereo systems.
Toyota released the manufactures suggested retail prices for iPod compatible Pioneer audio systems for the 2006 Scion xA and xB. The Pioneers system is available as an accessory upgrade for both vehicles, making the car the first brand to offer iPod connectivity across the entire lineup.
The xA and xB are scheduled for delivery to dealerships next week. The audio upgrade integrates the iPod with the car’s sound system, allowing the driver navigation, power and display features.
The Scion also features Scion Sound Processing, a set of equalizer settings tailored for the vehicle. The MSRP for the upgrade is $260, including installation.
