Video Plugin Developed for Skype

If you are a current Skype user, you can download a plugin that will let you send video over the VoIP program.

According to The Register, the video plug-in is available for free through the Dialcom website. Called Video4Skype, the new plug-in allows users to chat in real time while watching each other. All you need is a broadband internet account, a webcam and a PC, of course. Although this plug-in is currently free for Skype users, Diacom may decide to add paid versions and other related products to their software arsenal.

Skype is a software program that lets you call your friends using your computer and your existing broadband connection.  The call is supposed to sound clear and us high quality encryption to provide a secure call.
