		<description>this report is missleading,   using the first days of shipments,  rather than actually customer sales....   right now the Sandisk is selling several units  at much higher rates than the Zune,  and 2 of the colors of the Zune are selling behind ALL MP3 players....&lt;br /&gt;

how someone can say the Zune has 9% market share,  when ALL mp3 players are selling better than 2 of the Zune Colors...   and most MP3 players from SanDisk and most others are selling better than the Zune...&lt;br /&gt;

just go into a store and check it out yourself...  you can still see Zunes from that &quot;shipment&quot; statistic sitting on store shelves...&lt;br /&gt;
