The WiiU was set loose over the weekend, and along with it came Batman Arkham City Armored Edition.
DC’s baddest superhero is back for a second round in Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition. Although the original game was released over a year ago, this WiiU reboot boasts more immersive gameplay and a few new tricks thanks to WiiU’s touchscreen controller.
In the game, Nintendo’s new controller acts as the Dark Knight’s wrist-mounted bat-computer and allows players to navigate menus, equip items, and view objectives — all without taking you away from the action by pausing. The developers also took advantage of the controller’s built-in accelerometers, and added a tilt-controlled batarang to Batman’s arsenal. for our full review of the game for more details.
