Activision and Treyarch have pulled the curtain back on their upcoming title, CoD: Black Ops 2, with a new trailer that focuses on the game’s villain — a 60 year old Nicaraguan narco-terrorist named Raul Mendez. Between scenes of massive explosions and intense firefights, the trailer gives us some insight into the evil genius’s plan, which involves taking over over our defense systems and using them against allied forces which simply confirms what we’ve already heard and seen. Aside from that, the action packed montage flashes a few interesting tidbits about the creators of the game. The video also highlights that the score was written by academy award-winning composer Trent Reznor, and the storyline was developed by David Goyer; one of the co-writers of the upcoming movie The Dark Knight Rises.
The game is available for pre-order now, and is scheduled for released on November 13.
