These days, we’re seeing more and more professional writers and musicians from other artistic disciplines pairing up with game developers, and it’s an exciting trend. Call of Duty Black Ops 2 will be feature a score written by Trent Reznor, and a few months ago we caught word that Linkin Park will be composing part of the score for Medal of Honor: Warfighter. This isn’t the first time that the band has contributed to work on video games however — back in 2010 EA used two of their songs, “Catalyst” and “The New Divide” in trailers promoting the Medal of Honor reboot.
In this trailer we get a behind-the-scenes peek at the production of Linkin Park’s video for their hit song “Castle of Glass”, which is likely to feature plenty of action shots and cinematic cutscenes from Warfighter. The interviews with the band are really quite vague, but it sounds like the video will attempt to tell a story that fits with the lyrics of the song.
