The mischevious monkeys AiAi, MeeMee, GonGon, and Baby are coming to the PlayStation Vita to inflict more monkeys in giant hamsterballs on gamers. In the latest iteration of Sega’s franchise, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz, the monkeys gain some new gameplay options using the Vita’s gyroscope and touchscreen to guide the balls.
There are supposed to be over 100 stages spread across five worlds; Jungle, Clay, Wood, Metal, and Cardboard. There will also be eight mini-games including: Monkey Target, Monkey Bingo, and Number Ball. One fun feature includes using the Vita’s camera to create your own stages and, similar to Little Big Planet, share your creations with others.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz is due out on October 26 for the PlayStation Vita.
