Check out our full written Wolfenstein: The New Order review.
When you are playing Wolfenstein: The New Order, you will be presented with two distinctly different ways to approach an area. On one hand, you can opt to remain quiet, using silenced weapons and sneak attacks to eliminate enemies. On the other, you can equip double automatic shotguns and just go berserk.
The two approaches are defined in the video above as “Stealth” and “Mayhem.” There will be some sections where this type of choice isn’t an option, as evidenced in our previews of the game, but how you kill Nazis should be personal thing. If you want to be a kinder, gentler B.J. Blazkowicz – or at least a slightly quieter, but still bloodthirsty Blazkowicz – you can. Or you can just throw grenades at people until there is nothing left of them. The choice is yours.
Wolfenstein: The New Order is due out for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on May 20, 2014.
