The forthcoming America's Army: Special Forces (Overmatch) will feature nine real-life veterans of U.S. operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The lines between the real world and video game world are getting a little fuzzier with the forthcoming edition of the official U.S. Army video game America’s Army: Special Forces (Overmatch). The latest update to the combat simulation game will include video documentaries, pictures, and biographies of nine real-life veterans of U.S. operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The additions may provide the game a more personal feel and show soldiers in a human light, rather than just as resources to be deployed to reach an objective. Likenesses of the real-life soldiers
