D&D Makers Lend Voices to Online Game

Turbine and Atari get D&D co-developers Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson to do voiceovers in the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons Onlne: Stormreach game.

Atari and Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach developer Turbine yesterday announced that the original designers of D&D, Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson, had agreed to provide some of the voiceovers for the Stormreach game. The game is due to ship this winter.

Gygax & Arneson will lend their voices to the first online role-playing game based on the Dungeons & Dragons brand as celebrity Dungeon Masters for certain in-game adventures. The Stormreach game features highly customizable characters built from authentic D&D races, abilities, skills and feats. The game offers features such as
