EA Cuts Debut Prices on Godfather, Black

Electronic Arts has slashed the debut prices on its forthcoming games "The Godfather" and "Black" by 20 percent to $39.99.

As the video game industry waits through a period of limbo between the releases of next-generation console games (a wait which might gt even longer with the possible delay launching Sony’s Playstation 3), the world’s largest video game publisher, Electronic Arts, today slashed the suggested retail prices on its forthcoming Black and The Godfather video games by 20 percent to $39.99.

Despite the late 2005 launch of Microsoft’s Xbox 360

  3. Ian Bell and Dan Gaul at 2:44pm 21st February 2006 Wow smar move EA! This is a sure fire way to get gamers to buy these games. I have heard both are pretty good to begin with, and with the lower price, the deal is closed!
