We all new this to be true to some extent, but games or not, actively participating in eye reactionary scenarios will improve just from practice alone. Practice makes perfect. Different sports have this same effect like baseball, and receivers in football, and basketball. Just about anything you do that you can enjoy will help improve you in a variety of ways.
