Microsoft and FASA Studio have announced a beta program for their forthcoming game ShadowRun, which combines elements of technology and magic in an online, multiplayer, first-person-shooter format. The initial beta is for Xbox 360 users, but Microsoft plans to expand Shadowrun to Windows Vista as well. The company promises players will have to "tap into your intelligence and wits, combining the various magic and techs in the heat of battle for an intense combat experience."
