Howard Chui reviews the new Nokia Ngage. While sales reports have not been favorable, Nokia is still chugging forward. Read on to see what Howard thinks.

“The N-Gage is certainly an interesting package. It’s a portable gaming device that is also a very capable phone.
While it’s screen orientation is probably not the best idea for gaming it won’t be a problem IF Nokia is able to release a lot of N-Gage specific games. However if Nokia is only able to convince game developers to port existing games which are intended for horizontally screens this could be a big problem.
The platform certainly has enough horsepower to provide an enjoyable gaming experience
On the phone side of things the N-Gage is a great phone. It’s only 2 flaws are a soft ear piece and awkward design.”
