There are several interviews published online (since this purchase) with Jon "Neverdie" Jacobs. In one of these interviews Neverdie recounts the series of events that lead to him 'losing' out on the virtual island. But he was bidding on it at the time.

Neverdie has been a Project Entropia player for a few years now, and his avatar is a celebrity in game. He also has the skills and vision to advance the space station in a grand new direction.

Neverdie works if anything for free for MindArk. He loves the game and will promote it every chance he gets at HIS cost. Project Entropia is not just a game it's a Virtual Universe with a lot of Vision behind it and as to what it will/can be.
Neverdie is the perfect owner and i'm glad he has it. As he will use his new found powers to benefit not just himself but the whole Project Entropia Community.
