Sega To Support Sony PSP And Nintendo DS

Sega has confirmed plans to produce games for the Sony PSP and Nintendo DS, the newest handheld platforms.

Since the company adopted an agnostic approach after terminating the Dreamcast, Sega has offered significant support for all existing platforms including popular and original entertainment content. The Nintendo DS will be graced with an all-new adventure game entitled Sonic DS and a new original game currently announced under the working title, Project Rub. No additional details regarding the next iteration in the hedgehog’s legacy, but we do know Sega plans to introduce a new innovative control for the aforementioned original project, called “Rubbing”.
