You can be sued for any program you ever write that modifies the operating system in any way whatsoever should they choose. Didn't the court consider that Warden is in itself is illegal? If Microsoft were to search for and shut down Firefox, any defense Firefox would then be illegal. Totally ridiculous. It is a sad day for American Justice system and a sad day for software makes me glad I am not American! For gods sake Glider, appeal and save us all!
