alphabet buttons will not function when touched. This is on the right side of the screen also the numeric buttons will not function on the same side of the screen. Have to press over and over to get them them to reply. This is the second Garmin gps we have bought.

The 265WT cannot distinguish between a “service road” and the main highway. It gets very frustrating in places like Dallas where many of the highways have service roads beside them. The traffic function is almost useless.

You have to use a voice that supports text to speech. Look for tts after the voice name when choosing a voice.

i just bought 265wt it says spoken street name, but this one does not say the name of the street.am i the only one having this issue or something that i need to be done….. say download ?

This unit has a habit of calling for turns before or after the true turn. If you like to hear the word ‘recalculating’, you’ll love this unit!

This was a great product by Garmin. Navigation was well-designed, the unit was sturdy, had a nice display, etc…. but the speaker quality was bad.
