    I bought the 680 for my husband after his TomTom was stolen, and now we both use it when needed. I love it and haven’t really had any issues. On hot days the suction cup can come off the window, but thats about it. I don’t use the MSN updates, so it does exactly what I ask it to do, plus its thinner than our old TomTom.

    I just stepped up from my old Garmin Nuvi 200 to the 680 and have had ok results with the MSN Direct feature, but I agree with the re-routing, sometimes it just doesnt make sense.
