At Amazon’s Kindle unveiling in New York earlier today, the company had representatives demoing each of the new products. The Kindle Touch was particularly impressive. From the looks of it, Amazon has considerably improved the screen refresh rate of the E-Ink display, which puts it in line with the responsiveness of Barnes & Noble’s Nook Touch, which came out some months back. This video demo shows off how to look up a word in a book and highlight text using the touch interface. Click here to see some hands on photos of the Kindle Touch and new standard Kindle.
