I purchased these vmoda crossfades about 6 months ago from the apple store. $200. I did about a week of research on them, and finally got them. I got home and started burning them in. They had amazing sound! As most people should know, all headphones go through a “not so good sounding period. while being first used. But after that you see its full potential. They have gotten better and better. The bass is prominent and treble is just right for me… The build of the crossfades were a little odd at first. These headphone stay on your head.. But i noticed that i have a very protruding bone infront of my ears. (odd cheekbones) the headphones would press against them and give me a headache. After wearing them more, they became more loose and now fit very comfortably.. OVERALL, I think the V-Moda Crossfades were a very smart purchase. I personally think they are better than the Dr. Dre Beats which are 100 bones more, AND I can tell these WILL NOT BREAK! The metal framing is great! Go Get Em…
