We are dumping ours because it does not record 6 shows at once from the over 300 channels, but only 6 at once on the Prime Time channels (CBS<NBC<ABC< FOX)

The ad says it records 6 shows in "prime time". My definition of "Prime Time" are the hours from 6pm to 9pm, not just the major channels. False Advertising!
