One problem is I am deaf and we had tried to get Closed Captioned on it but it will not work or show CC on the screen on any news or any movies...NOTHING. I had the setting set up for CC to be on and channel 1 . We tried everything but no CC so I thought if I bought that and no CC then I am sending it back. I wonder what's wrong with that HDTV with no CC ? Any ideas on how to fix that ? <br /> <br /> They got it used from BestBuy. They tried to return it only to be called "stupid" by the BestBuy corporation rep. They tried everything to return it plus some damage during the installation by Best Buy installer bending the HDTV stand by pushing hard carrying the tv thru the door when the door edge was pressing on the stand. It was bent slightly but still they pay it with their money and they got right to send it back. BestBuy refused to get it back off their hand. So they are stuck with damaged HDTV stand and non-functioning CC. <br /> Lesson here don't buy used from the retailer no matter how cheaper it had become. It was sent back for a reason. I wouldn't shop at BestBuy ever! Shoddy installation...refused to return damaged caused by installer. They claim no proof that the installer damaged it. Discrimination against women.
