Is Yahoo Selling Consumer Electronics?

Engadget reports that either Yahoo is branching out into consumer electronics or someone is pulling their chain. The site has a look at a few new Yahoo-branded products.

Engadget is reporting today that according to a “well-placed inside source” Yahoo! will be branching out into the consumer electronics marketplace. The site has product images and descriptions of a DVD player, two LCD televisions, and a home theater in a box system.

The Yahoo-branded products appear to be manufactured by Diamond Electronics and according to the article, will be announced within the next two weeks.
