To answer everybody's question on programming the DISH NETWORK REMOTE for this TV,follow these instructions:

Code Search: Note, if you have a JVC or Sharp TV, I do not recommend using this method as you will likely experience partial compatibility on volume(Sharp) or channel keypad(JVC). Should you prefer to perform a code search. Turn on your TV. Press and hold the TV button until all four lights are illuminated. Enter 222#. The remote will blink 3 times. Again, press and hold the TV button until all four lights are illuminated. Press and release the power button. Now begin repetitively pressing the Channel-Up key until your TV goes off. Press the # key to store the code.

This works with the Maxent Mx26x3...just keep pressing the button repeatedly and you will eventually get to the code...

This LCD does work on a mac desktop and on laptops, but on desktops you have to do a little work to get it to work. on os x it automaticly goes to the highest supported res on the moniter witch is 1920x1080 but that is not supported, so what you need to do is hook you mac to a regular moniter and set up vnc on the computer, then set it up on the maxent tv boot the system, then once booted vnc to the machine and change the res to some thing other than 1920x1080 i use 1280x720 and that works great for me. e-mail me if you have any questions.
