NBC and Time-Warner have announced a renewal deal which includes video-on-demand and "Start Over" interactive services.

NBC Universal and Time Warner today announced a broad agreement which not only renews NBC’s contract with the cable operator to carry programming from its broadcast and cable networks (including MSNBC, USA, Sci-Fi, CNBC, and Bravo) but will also make some NBC programming eligible for a new Time-Warner feature called “Start Over,” whereby customers can restart shows which are already in progress.
