		<description>Didnt they have players that played both Laser Disc and DVD?  I dont mean Samsung in general, but any manufacturer back in those days?&lt;br /&gt;

Seems like the consumer would be paying a lot to have both formats.  Instead of the consumer winning, both Blu-ray and HD camps win (they both get royalties then.)  Why not just have them decide on a format already.</description>

		<description>Go for it Samsung. It&#039;s only a metter of time before everybody else will...That is depending on if we have another beta -vs- VHS battle on our hands. But I doubt it, why don&#039;t you make it recordable as well?</description>
