Sony says their new SRX-R110 high-end projector featuring a 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution is the world's first.
“Based on its own SXRD (Silicon Crystal Reflective Display) panel technology, the projector is designed for scenarios requiring ‘ultra-high resolution’ and wide colour gamut projectors, for example digital cinema, post-production and stage events.”
The SRX-R110 has a contrast ratio of 2000:1 and a brightness of 10,000 ANSI lumens. making for a very bright pictures.
This is very exciting news, but we have to ask Sony to send it bad. Its just to darn ugly!
