Sony unveils 2003 Dream DVD systems

The new models provide enhanced audio/video performance and new cosmetic design in one convenient system.

Sony’s new line-up of DVD Dream systems is highlighted by the DAV-FC9 model, which features a 5-disc DVD-video/CD/SACD player/receiver, four unique slim tower speakers, a low profile center channel speaker and a separate active subwoofer for a powerful, complete home theater system.

The DAV-FC9’s new adjustable-height speakers and stylish, slim receiver enable easy integration of the full-scale system into virtually any home theater set-up. Additionally, the tower speakers can be removed from the integrated stand to provide a wall mount option, perfect for use with today’s flat panel display devices. It also offers progressive scan output for crisp, clean video image reproduction with DVDs.
