TiVo 40 hour box – $100 = Sweet Deal!

Company offering a limited time promotion where those who buy select boxes can save $100 instantly and perhaps qualify for two months of free service.

A 40-hour TiVo box for just $99 without rebate? That’s right – everybody’s favorite PVR company is announcing a special promotion through August 20th, 2005 where you can get an instant savings on their product line up.

The $100 instant savings applies to the 40 and 80 hours Series2 boxes as well as the Humax 40 and 80 hour PVR/DVD recorders, according to a press release. The savings does not require customers to fill out any additional paperwork or forms.

TiVo, who is doing the special promotion in honor of the summer TV season, is also sweetening the offer by providing two months of free TiVo service if the new units are activated by July 31.
