It’s based and smells of favoritism if you ask me. I’m sure that Netflix could pay for the fees instowed upon them if they were forced too, no doubts there, but smaller companies don’t seem to get the fair shake of the hand so as to speak of this. Hopefully the ruling will turn in Gamefly’s direction cause in fairness of all no one like to see a busted DVD in the mail and curse for the rest of the day especially if you really wanted to watch a movie and can’t because some retard from the postal service didn’t watch what the hell he was doing…
