Play with your food as you cook it with Fusion FingerTongs

Cooking can be a dangerous job. Grease splatter, food-flipping disasters, that oh-so-tempting urge to touch hot food with your bare fingers. If only for the two jobs pictured above, the Fusion FingerTongs ($16) are a great kitchen invention. If you’ve ever tried to cook bacon, you know that it is sometimes difficult to flip and pops of extremely hot grease will inevitably land on your hand and forearm. That’s just the way it goes, but these FingerTongs will both protect your hands from heat and allow you to play with your food as you cook it. The tongs are made from FDA food-safe silicone and are heat resistant up to 500 degrees fahrenheit. The tongs fit both right and left hands, and are flexible, nonstick and dishwasher safe.
